Rental Information

Deposit is $50, due at the time of booking. Refundable if there is no damage and clubhouse is in the same condition as when you entered.

Rental fee is $75, due before you can recieve your door access code. 

Door access will be explained to you at time of rental. Your access code allows you into the clubhouse starting at 9am. You may not access the back door with your code.  

Rentals start at 9am and you must be out no later than 9pm. No later times will be accepted.

Pool area and pool are NOT included in the rental. Pool rules for guests are still in effect, failure to follow rules are subject to deposit loss and possible suspension of pool privileges for the season.

Only 2 full bags of garbage can be placed in the clubhouse garbage can, others must be removed by the renter.

The renter may use the park common area as long as the renter cleans up after their rental. 

You may not rent the clubhouse if your dues are not current.
